1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Products that require refrigeration or special storage conditions.
  • Personal care items like sexual wellness products, diapers, and hygiene products.
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.
  • Products for which the return period has expired.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'My Orders' section of your Royal Medical account.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on the 'Return' button next to the product and specify the reason for the return.
  4. Upload clear images of the product and its packaging, showing the defect or issue.
  5. Our customer support team will review your request within 48 hours and guide you on the next steps.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received by our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account, for which you will need to provide your bank details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
